This is turning into a great event.  Being one of the oldest and most intimate bars in Houston, La Carafe is a perfect setting to hear some of the areas best songwriters do their thing.  I usually start the night with a short set around 8:15 then introduce the Special Guest who plays for 45 minutes or so.  Then I close out the night starting around 10:15 and going until whenever (depending on how much wine Daniel has given me).
